Cost of Services

The all inclusive cost for serviced offices varies from building to building, but typically range from around £300 to £1,200 per person per month. The package of services included in the cost are normally negotiable, but generally include business
rates, service charge, electricity, heating, furniture, building insurance, telephone handsets, telephone system and maintenance. Telephone answering services, shared meeting rooms, secretarial etc. are usually available at an additional cost.

Rent and Deposits

Once you have agreed terms, both parties enter into a simple licence agreement that can be signed with minimal legal advice. As soon as the licence is signed rent is typically paid monthly in advance and most operators require an initial 3 month's rent deposit.
